Same vision, new generation
John Cancialosi founded the Tinley Park Kitchen & Bath Shoppe (TPKBS) with the vision of creating a one-stop-shop for customers to make their dreams a reality. Now after two decades John’s son in-law Ryan Hargraves runs the day-to-day operations while John serves as an industry expert, mentor and consultant for the customers and the team. “When John asked me to take a larger role in the business, my goals were to carry on his successful legacy and to live by TPKBS’ tagline of ‘making your town beautiful, one home at a time’,” says Hargraves. “John made the transition easy with the solid foundation, processes and team he built at TPKBS.”
