At Tinley Park Kitchen & Bath Shoppe, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful, functional spaces that our clients love. Our latest bathroom remodel project is no exception. We transformed a master bathroom into a modern, luxurious retreat using high-quality products from top brands. Here’s a closer look at the materials and fixtures we used to achieve this stunning result.
The Perfect Foundation
We started by installing beautiful Bertch Cabinets in the Quebec style, crafted from Birch wood with a Fossil color and a semi-gloss sheen. These cabinets provide ample storage and a sleek, contemporary look. To complement the cabinets, we chose LG Everest Quartz countertops, known for their durability and elegant appearance. The Quartz was also used to make a shower bench, and foot rest.
Stylish and Functional
The sink we selected is the Kohler Yespen Stone Sink, which adds a touch of natural beauty to the space with its glass basin. For the faucets, we opted for the MOEN Doux™ Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Sink Faucet in Matte Black. This faucet’s modern design and matte black finish make it a standout feature in the bathroom.
Sleek and Sophisticated
To enhance the cabinetry, we added Jeffery Alexander Satin Nickel Cairo Cabinet Pulls and Knobs. These pieces not only look great but are also ergonomically designed for ease of use.
Ultimate Relaxation
For the bathtub, we installed the Bain Ultra Drop in Alcove Bathtub. This tub is designed to provide a soothing experience, combining modern design with ultimate comfort.
In the shower area, we mixed and matched MOEN products from various lines such as Fina™, the Eco-Performance, and Granite. These fixtures offer a luxurious shower experience while being eco-friendly. Each part was selected in Matte Black, completing the sleek look.
High-Tech and Practical
We installed the MOEN 2-Series Electronic Cleansing Toilet, a state-of-the-art toilet that offers advanced cleansing features. For the tub, we used the MOEN Doux™ Two Handle Roman Tub Faucet with Handshower in Matte Black. We also added the MOEN Doux 24 in. Towel Bar and the MOEN Doux Picoting Paper Holder to ensure every detail matched our design vision.
Beauty and Durability Combined
Tile played a crucial role in tying the entire room together and enhancing its aesthetic appeal. Here’s how we used different types of tile throughout the bathroom:
- Filling and Framing the Bathtub: We framed the bathtub with Glass, Tile, & Stone‘s “K Series” tile in Ice Grey Glass. These 3×12 glass tiles add a sleek, modern look and beautifully highlights the bathtub area, creating a striking focal point. It was also used to fill the alcove spaces in the shower, giving visual focal points for storage.
- Shower and Bathtub Sides: For the sides of the shower and bathtub, we used Soci Vita Polished Porcelain tiling. This polished porcelain tile provides a clean, elegant finish and is both durable and easy to maintain.
- Main Floor: The main floor of the bathroom features Landmark Ceramics Malibu flooring tile in Grey tile. This tile offers a contemporary touch with its grey hues and elongated format, providing a seamless, sophisticated appearance.
- Shower Floor: For the shower floor, we selected Imagery Glass‘s “Reflections” which has a random grey pebble sheet. The textured, pebble-like surface of this tile adds visual interest and a natural feel to the shower area, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
