One of the standout features of this remodel is the shower surround itself.
Rather than using traditional tile and grout, Ronald and Bernadette selected Durasein’s Lively Collection in Maple Magic, featuring large-format solid surface wall panels. This growing trend offers a clean, contemporary appearance while dramatically reducing the amount of grout that typically requires cleaning and maintenance.
The smooth Durasein panels create a seamless look throughout the shower while providing long-lasting durability and a surface that’s easy to keep looking its best. To maintain that sleek appearance, we incorporated color-matched Durasein corner trim, giving the installation a clean, finished look from every angle.
For added convenience, a custom recessed shower caddy was integrated directly into the wall, providing storage for everyday essentials without bulky shelves protruding into the shower space.
Designed for Comfort and Confidence
A beautiful shower should also be comfortable to use every day.
This remodel features a Fleurco ADQ acrylic shower base, creating a spacious, low-threshold entry that makes stepping into the shower easier than a traditional tub.
To enhance both comfort and peace of mind, Ronald and Bernadette selected several thoughtful features from Moen’s Home Care and Voss collections, including a fold-down teak shower seat and a polished chrome grab bar that blend seamlessly into the overall design while providing additional support whenever it’s needed.
The shower is completed with a Moen Voss pressure-balancing valve, paired with a multifunction handheld shower, allowing for both flexibility and comfort during everyday use.
